These terms govern use of the Bubs website and apps provided by Bubs Golf LLC ("Bubs", "we", "us"). Clubs that subscribe to Bubs do so under a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Using Bubs
You may use Bubs only as permitted by your club and by law. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it other than through the interfaces we provide.
Your club
Your club controls your membership, account, charges and bookings in Bubs. Questions about a charge, a reservation or your membership should go to your club first.
Payments
Payments made through Bubs are processed by Stripe on behalf of your club and are subject to your club's policies.
Messages
By providing your mobile number you agree to receive sign-in codes and account and service text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Intellectual property
Bubs and its software, design and content belong to Bubs Golf LLC. These terms do not grant you any rights to them beyond using the service.
Disclaimers
Bubs is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bubs Golf LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
